Swimfit is a program designed to motivate adults to adopt a swimming program by setting themselves achievement targets.
SWIMMERS will design a swim program that will help you achieve your goals and ambitions in the water. It may be that you want to be able to swim laps easier, it may be that you want to swim just one lap without being tired. With a swimfit program we will develop a program to suit you personally. Your instructor will give you exercise programs and schedules to follow, which you will complete weekly in your own time. Then come along to your next weekly class to proceed to the next level, and learn more new skills.
SWIMMERS will design several swim programs for you with different intensities. You will proceed to the next program as you get stronger and fitter. By discussing and understanding your individual goals and lots of other background information your personal instructor will be in a position to develop a personalized and realistic program. As you improve the program will be revised to suit the new (and emerging) you!
